At Step N' Stone Physical Therapy, we accept in-network benefits on all insurance plans we participate with (see list below). We accept cash, checks, credit, and we offer affordable payment plans for any copays, co-insurance or deductibles. Cards accepted are Mastercard, Visa, and Discover cards. Insurance
- We offer a 30% discount to those paying cash out-of-pocket, those with high deductible insurance plans.
- Many insurance plans or Medicare will cover either all or a portion of the treatments. Again, we accept in-network benefits for ALL insurances we participate with.
- You are responsible for co-pays, coinsurance and deductibles. Your co-payment, if any, must be paid at each visit throughout the course of our treatment. If a deductible is part of your policy, then you will be billed any part of your treatment that was applied to your deductible. Your coinsurance, if any, is determined by your carrier.
- We will call your insurance and find out your benefits. As a courtesy, we will provide you with a written summary of your medical and physical therapy benefits. If you'd like to know this information before starting therapy, we'd be happy to find out your benefits prior to your first treatment.
- If you are injured in a car accident or work injury, we will bill your no-fault or workers' compensation carriers. If you decide to pay for your treatment through your health insurance, after no-fault denies further payment, you are responsible for your deductibles, co-insurance, and/or co-payments.
